Appointments:
Our goal at
Hawthorne Hills Veterinary Hospital is to provide you and your pet ample time
with our veterinary team to address your pet’s needs.
Scheduled
appointments help us ensure the attention you deserve; in the event of
unexpected illnesses we will do our best to accommodate you at short notice.
If you have an appointment and
are unable to keep it, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to
allow us to schedule other patients in need of attention.
As a courtesy to others, we ask all clients to be on time for
their visits.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. |

New Clients:
If
you are new to our area, or would like to transfer the care of your pet to
our team, please call our office to set up a New Client visit. Our
receptionists can facilitate transfer of your pet’s past medical records.
This allows us to provide the best continuity of care.
We ask that
you arrive 15 minutes early to allow sufficient time to fill out the new client
and patient forms or you can access and print our
new
client and
new
patient forms and bring them with you to your visit. On subsequent visits, arriving a few minutes early is all we
ask.
Early Admission:
Early morning hospital admission
is available
for existing
