Employment Opportunities

We are always looking for skilled, compassionate individuals to help us in our goal of delivering high-quality veterinary care and excellent customer service. If you seek a career in veterinary medicine, please contact us.

CURRENT OPENINGS:

Hawthorne Hills Veterinary Hospital is currently accepting applications for a Licensed Veterinary Technician.

Applicants for the position of Veterinary Technician must have a current license in the State of Washington and at least two years work experience as a licensed technician. Outgoing individuals who are friendly, enjoy working with the public, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and the desire to work hard are key factors of a successful candidate. Compassionate care and skill working with dogs and cats is essential. We utilize our technical staff in all aspects of day practice: outpatient visits, anesthesia, dental care, radiography, PennHIP screenings, surgery, laboratory testing, and client communications. Technicians are expected to maintain accurate medical records, demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, and be able to work both independently and as a part of a team.

If you have made the exciting, challenging, and professional environment of veterinary medicine a career, apply today by emailing your cover letter, resume and salary requirements to jobs@hhvh.net. We provide benefits which include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, Simple IRA, continuing education, and pet care discounts.

Your cover letter should speak to your qualifications and experience and why you should be considered for this position. Please include contact information for references who can confirm your past veterinary work. Qualifying applicants will be notified about in-person interviews.
