We know you and your pet deserve
the best which is why our hospital team has committed to providing your
pet with veterinary care based on the highest standards in the industry.
We joined a select group of
veterinary facilities in the nation (only 12%) that have met the
rigorous standards set forth by the American Animal Hospital
Association. To be an accredited hospital requires a lot of
hard work by our entire team. We are extremely proud or our
accomplishment.
To receive our accreditation, an
AAHA practice consultant visited our hospital and began the evaluation
with a tour of our facility. This was followed by an in-depth discussion
about how our practice accomplished the standards in each section.
We were evaluated on over 900
specific criteria in 18 different categories, encompassing the scope of
what we do - from the medical
care we provide, the diagnostic services we utilize, our record keeping
detail, the safety standards we adhere to and the training of our staff, to the sophisticated equipment we
use and the physical facility we have and maintain. We will be subject
to regular inspections in the future to maintain our accreditation.
As an accredited hospital we have
set our focus on meeting the advances in veterinary care and will
continually re-evaluate our service and care to better serve your
special companion.
